Kissimmee covers the most ground of any city in our service area. Celebration sits at the north end, Buena Ventura Lakes in the middle, and Solivita on the Poinciana side at the south. Three completely different communities, three completely different conversations about home safety.
Solivita volume
Solivita is the dominant 55+ master-planned community in Osceola County, with thousands of homes that share a common floor plan and a common need: bathroom and entryway updates as residents age in place. We do high-volume installs at Solivita, often handling multiple grab bar and walk-in shower jobs on a single street in a single week. We know the HOA approval process, the common-floor-plan tweaks that work in those specific homes, and the contractors who do not. Most Solivita HOA approvals come back in days, not weeks.
Celebration custom work
Celebration homes carry far more architectural variation than Solivita. Custom bathroom remodels and stair lifts make up most of the Celebration work we do. We coordinate with the Celebration HOA Architectural Review Committee for exterior modifications when needed.
Hurricane-rated exterior work
Any exterior modification in Kissimmee, ramp or otherwise, gets installed to Central Florida hurricane wind-load specs. Aluminum modular ramps use anchored mounting; wood ramps use pressure-treated lumber with stainless-steel hardware suited to Florida humidity. Hurricane season is a feature of the design, not an afterthought.
