Information on the Site
We provide general information about senior home safety modifications, including grab bars, walk-in tubs, stair lifts, ramps, and bathroom safety remodels. The information on the Site is for educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice for your specific home. A free in-home assessment is the right starting point for any modification project.
Scope of services
All projects are quoted in writing after an in-home assessment. Pricing on the Site is for general guidance only; final pricing depends on the home, the fixtures selected, and any permit requirements. Service area is Greater Orlando and the surrounding Central Florida region.
No warranty
The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. We do our best to keep information accurate and current, but we make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. For any installed work, the applicable installation warranty is provided to you in writing at the time of the job.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Orlando Senior Safety is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on information on it.
Third-party links
The Site may link to external websites we do not control (hospitals, VA grant programs, Medicare Advantage resources, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
